patient reviews What our Patients say

"I really like Dr Lum, and his staff is so nice. I have a very slight prescription and rarely wear my glasses and I never feel like he pushes me to get new ones, even when my insurance covers it. He just encourages me to wear what I have when I feel I need it.

I’ve been going to him for several years and now my kids see him, too. He’s great with small kids (my son started going to him at 2)– I feel like he really understands their limits and is very patient! Plus he has lots of toys and kids things to look at, and they get to pick a prize from a treasure chest at the end of their appointment.

I highly recommend!"

"Probably the friendliest & most helpful staff I have come across in the medical profession in terms of office/administrative staff. The ladies always make my visit as smooth as possible. On my first visit as a new customer Dr. Lum was very detailed and explained everything which was comforting. I feel like I have a found a great place that really has my best interest in mind."

Hayley C.

"We were referred there by my niece and we gave it a try. It was a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Lum explains everything about the examinations. We all ended up getting our new glasses and contacts there and been satisfied since getting it."

Teo G.

"My family has been going to Dr. Lum since he came to the office in SSF at least 20 years. My daughter lives in San Jose and still will come to his SSF office. We use his services for eyeglasses, contacts and office exams. He has a very competent staff and they work well with our vision service insurance."
